Ank put the last details in her acrylic painting of Columbus on the boat! It's done!
And she started a new one, the last part of the tryptique...
Karin worked very hard on the second dog of her commission.
Going really well, everybody is super enthusiastic!
Ingrid added the finishing touches to her rose. One word: Great! OK, two more: well done ☺
She then started on this beautiful monochrome moment - between man and kitten.
New kid on the block, Lois, started with enthusiasm with acrylic paint - a piece for her husband Derrick. It is lovely and the sea is absolutely fabulous!!

KARIN STARTED A COMMISSION, FOR A PORTRAIT OF TWO DOGS AND O MY, HOW GREAT THIS IS ALREADY!! CAN’T WAIT TO SEE THE NEXT VERSION WITH BOTH DOGS…
INGRID CONTINUED WITH HER ROSES AND IS REALLY GETTING RESULT NOW - AS
YOU CAN SEE. ROSES ARE VERY DIFFICULT, WITH THEIR ROUND SHAPES, FLOWING
SHADOWS WITH SMOOTH DARKS AND LIGHTS, AND ALSO SHARP LINES… EXCITING
IF THAT WORKS OUT!
INGRID BROUGHT HER FRIEND VIRGINIA, WHO HAD BEEN PAINTING WATERCOLOURS 10 YEARS AGO AND PROVED SHE COULD STILL DO IT!!! WE WERE ALL IN AWE ABOUT HER FAIRYTALE FOREST… WE HOPE TO SEE THE FINISHED VERSION ONE OF THESE DAYS!
MARIANNE WORKED ON HER 'VIEW OVER THE MED'. SHE JUST STARTED WITH THE
PALMTREE, WHEN THAT IS FINISHED IT WILL BE AN EXCELLENT COMPOSITION!
ANK PROCEEDED WITH THE HER NEPTUNE, A COUPLE OF WHITE LINES AND DOTS TO ADD AND IT WILL BE FINISHED!! GREAT COLOURS BY THE WAY, WELL DONE!
